Why is beta testing necessary?

 

It takes rigorous testing to provide stable, reliable software. oxisoft.com is tested internally first, and then sent out to our testing pool to check the stability and usability of our products in a various real life environments.
In addition, we at oxisoft.com believe in incorporating customer feedback into our products. We want to provide the means for users to give us input on features they'd like to see, new product ideas, and how we can make our software even better.

 

Why become a ArchiveXpert Beta Tester?

 

You get a first look at InforTech products currently in development and have a chance to use them before they're released to the general public.

You have input into product features and have a say as to how oxisoft.com products are marketed.

You also have the pleasure of finding unsuspected bugs!

 

What is expected of me as a ArchiveXpert Beta Tester?

 

You're expected to use the software under normal operating conditions and report any bugs or inconsistencies you find, via email, to support@archivexpert.com or by using this form.

You're required to consent to the terms and conditions of our Beta Test Agreement.

We'll contact you at the end of the beta testing cycle for your general comments, suggestions, and feedback as to the quality and usefulness of our software.

 

What are "bugs"?

 

Creepy crawlies. They are also a general term for describing errors or problems you have using software.

 

When will the software I test be released to the general public?

Please refer to the "What's New" section of our website for official release date announcements.
